Subject: ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HATE CRIMES
The San Francisco Police Department always has taken, and always will continue to take, a zero tolerance position with respect to any hate-based incident or crime committed in San Francisco. We are committed to aggressively investigate and identify persons who perpetrate these reprehensible acts. We will work closely with our diverse community, its leaders, advocacy groups and the District Attorney’s Office in the aggressive prosecution of these crimes.
The police department encourages any person who may have been a victim of or witness to a hate crime to contact the Special Investigations Division.
