MURDER VICTIM
Gilberto Novoa

The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the homicide of Gilberto Novoa.

On Monday, February 23, 2004 at approximately 05:15 am, the victim was standing on the corner of 27th Street and Guerrero Street waiting for a ride to work. The unknown suspect approached the victim and a violent struggle ensued. The victim was stabbed numerous times. The suspect was last seen running east on 27th Street and then south on San Jose Avenue.
