Subject: Arrest Warrant For Suspect IN Assault
An arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect in an assault case in which the suspect attempted to strangle a woman over a money dispute on January 21, 2004 at a residence in the Taraval District. The suspect, Paul John Fitzpatrick, 35, used a twisted sheet to choke the victim until she became unconscious. The victim’s roommate fought with the suspect, who fled.
Fitzpatrick is a white male, 5’ 8”, 140 lbs., blue eyes, curly red hair, and medium build. He is known to frequent two clubs, Milk, 1840 Haight Street, and Butter, 354-11th Street. Fitzpatrick is considered dangerous and should be approached with caution. Bail has been set at $120,000.
