Subject: Arrest Warrants In The Homicide Of Tony Green
On August 13, 2004, the body of 45-year-old Tony Green was found in a room in the Franciscan Motel at 6600 Third Street. Evidence indicated that Mr. Green had been bound and gagged prior to death. Investigators from the Homicide Detail have spent hundreds of hours in follow-up investigation on this case, which has resulted in arrest warrants being issued for:
Earl Wright, BM 37 years old, from San Francisco
Terrence Hall, BM 39 years old, from San Francisco
The “No Bail” warrants for these suspects allege one count of 187 PC (homicide) each. Both of these subjects are presently incarcerated in San Quentin State Prison for unrelated charges.
Prison officials have been provided with copies of these arrest warrants, and the appropriate holds have been placed on both of the suspects.
