Subject:     San Francisco Police Urge Victims Of Chinatown Flaasher To Contact Police


San Francisco Police are urging any one who may have encountered a man publicly exposing himself to elderly Asian females in and around the Chinatown area to contact police as soon as possible. The suspect, described as white, in his 50s, about 5’ 10”, 170 lbs., blue eyes and brown hair, usually wears revealing walking shorts or masturbates in front of his unsuspecting victims.  One reported incident occurred on Stockton Street and Pacific Avenue on October 24, 2004 and another on Jackson and Powell streets on April 2, 2005. 

If any one has encountered this suspect, the person should contact Inspector Sidney Laws of the Sexual Assault Section at 553-9686, and provide as much detailed information about the suspect’s appearance, behavior and actions as possible.
