Subject: San Francisco Police Seek Witnesses In Injured Man Case
San Francisco Police are looking for persons who may have information regarding a man who sustained a head injury on Friday, October 21 in front of 1890 Bryant Street near Mariposa at about 7:00 P.M. In that incident, officers in the area were flagged down and told that there was an unconscious male lying on the sidewalk. Upon inspection, the officers saw that the man had suffered a major head injury. The man, 48 years old, was transported to San Francisco General Hospital, where he remains in a coma. There is no information at this time to conclude that the injury suffered was the result of criminal conduct; however, the San Francisco Police Department has initiated an investigation into the matter.
