|San Francisco Police Arrest Two Men In Take-Over Bank Robbery June 9
San Francisco Police arrested a man and his nephew in a take-over robbery that occurred at the Bank of America, 800 Irving Street, at about 1:45 last Friday afternoon, June 9. In that incident, one suspect waited at the front door, holding the manager at gunpoint, while the second suspect jumped the counter and took $36,000 from four teller drawers. Police arrested both suspects within the hour.
Taken into custody were Chester Boddie, 51, and his nephew Kenyatta Boddie, 35, both of San Francisco. Chester Boddie is a three-time convicted bank robber who recruited his nephew to join in the robbery. Both remain in custody.
