Subject: Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Arrested In 2002 Homicide

One of the San Francisco Police Department's Ten Most Wanted was arrested in Bremerton, Washington on June 26, 2006 for a homicide that occurred in San Francisco on May 12, 2002. Tu Minh Doung, 34, was arrested on a DUI charge, and a criminal information check revealed that Doung had an arrest warrant for the homicide.

In the 2002 incident, Duong abducted the victim, Johnny Lee, 32, from an apartment on Pacific Avenue. Lee had been shot to death and his bound body found on Himmelmann Alley in the Chinatown area.

Doung remains in custody in Bremerton pending extradition.
