1. Consideration and possible action regarding the request of the Chief of Police to
withdraw disciplinary charges filed against Sergeant Leanna M. Dawydiak (File No. C04-160 JWA), Sergeant Robert R. Bohanan (File No. C04-161 JWA) and Sergeant Reno Rapagnani (retired) (File No. C04-159 JWA) (ACTION ITEM)
The Commission may decide to consider Item #1, in whole or in part, in Closed Session pursuant to: Government Code sections 54956.9(a) [conference with legal counsel, existing litigation: Rapagnani v. City and County of San Francisco, C05-2099] and 54957(b)(1), and S.F. Administrative Code sections 67.10(b) and 67.10(d), in which case:
a. Public Comment on all matters pertaining to the Closed Session
b. Vote on whether to convene to Closed Session
c. Reconvene to open session:
i. Possible report on action taken in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1 and S.F. Administrative Code section 67.12(b).
ii. Vote whether to disclose any or all of the discussions held in Closed Session pursuant to S.F. Administrative Code section 67.12(a)
