a. Commission Announcements

- Assignment of disciplinary charges filed in Case No. C08-030 RMW to an individual Commissioner for the taking of evidence on a date to be determined by the Commissioner

6. Hearing and possible action on the motion to dismiss disciplinary charges filed against Patrol Special Officer Jane Warner, File No. C07-039 ALW, filed 03/19/07

PLEASE NOTE: The Police Commission will be holding a Special Meeting this month at a location other than City Hall.

The Commission will hold its Community Meeting in the Southern District, at the South Beach Harbor Master Building, The Embarcadero, Pier 40A, San Francisco, at 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 26, 2008, to hear comments from the public and Southern Station Captain Daniel McDonagh concerning public protections issues in the Southern District.
