a. Recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve settlement of the following case in accordance with the advice of the City Attorney:

Marco Maestrini v. CCSF, et al., USDC No. C07-2941

b. Approval to accept donation from Mr. John York, owner of the San Francisco 49ers, of four hats and eight tickets to the October 11th 49er Football Game to the officers of Ingleside Station

The Commission will hear public comment on all agenda items before or during discussion of the item. The period of time allowed for public comment may be modified by the Chair in the interest of fairness to all those wishing to address the Commission.

Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
