6. Discussion and possible action to sustain or not sustain disciplinary charges filed against Inspector Marvetia L. Richardson, File Nos. ALW C07-076, filed on June 14, 2007, and ALW C09-004, filed on February 19, 2009 (DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION)

The Commission may decide to consider Item No. 6, in whole or in part, in closed session pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)(1), S.F. Administrative Code Section 67.10(b), and Penal Code section 832.7.

a. Recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve settlement of the following case in accordance with the advice of the City Attorney:

Yee Mai Hung v. CCSF, et al., San Francisco Superior Court No. 484637

b. Request of Officer Ana Lee for approval to accept three (3) gift certificates for one pound boxes of See’s Candies, valued at $15.60 each, from Mrs. Theresa Rasso, for use as raffle prizes at the Ingleside Station Christmas Dinner
