Crime Bulletin: 08-018

Suspect: Hispanic male, 30-35 yrs, medium build, black shoulder length hair, goatee and moustache, tattoos on both forearms. Black brim hat, black jacket, black gloves, black pants.

On 02/02/08 at 0150 hours the suspect and vicitm are involved in a road rage incident. The supect pulled along side th vicitm's vehicle at the corner of San Bruno and Felton. while sitting in his vehicle the suspect pointed a gun at the victim and shot him. Suspect fled in a dark blue newer model four door Chrylser 300.
