The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $100,000.00 reward for infomation leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Ray Jarrell Turner.
On July 5, 2006, Ray Jarrell Turner was shot and killed near the corner of Ingalls and Hudson Streets.
