Homicide Victim
Eric Baldares

The office of the Mayor has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the homicide of Eric Baldares.

On November 18, 2007, Eric Baldares was shot and killed while he was standing on the 1000 block of Treat Street. It appears the suspect did not know the victim and was looking to shoot anyone in the area which is generally associated with the "Norteno" gang. The victim was not a gang member or associated with any gangs.
