SUSPECT: BFA, 30-35 yrs, 5'11 , 200 bls.

LSA: Blue beanie, black nylon winter vest, dark long sleeve hooded sweatshirt,

white long sleeve T-shirt, blue jeans, black shoulder bag with strap.

NARRATIVE: On 12/22/08, at 1145 hrs., the above pictured suspect robbed the Bank of

America located at 3565 California. The suspect used a demand note and robbed the back of over $7000. No weapons or vehicle seen.
