SFPD Town Hall Meeting Regarding the Homicides on Howth St. April 10
12-042
Posted Date: 4/9/2012

San Francisco Police Chief Greg Suhr will conduct a town hall meeting on Tuesday, April 10, at San Francisco City College, Ocean Avenue and Howth Street, Wellness Center Auditorium, Room 103, at 5:15 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss public safety in view of the five homicides committed inside 16 Howth Street on March 23. Homicide inspectors made an arrest in that case on March 25. The suspect, Binh Thai Luc, 35, of San Francisco, remains in custody on multiple homicide charges.

The town hall meeting is an opportunity for both the media and the general public to learn of the role of the police department in helping to ensure public safety and to interact with police department leadership individuals in this vital component of policing.

There will be limited parking available in the parking lot behind the Wellness Center, accessed from Howth Street.
