SFPD Make a Second Arrest in Golden Gate Park Homicide Investigation

San Francisco Police Homicide Inspectors announced the arrest of a second suspect wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred in Golden Gate Park on the evening of Friday, April 27, 2012.
Jeremy Brinker, 33 of San Francisco was arrested in Weed, California on May 10, 2012 at 4:00PM. Brinker was transported to San Francisco County Jail and booked on the following charges: homicide, conspiracy, robbery and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. Brinker remains in custody.
Brinker was wanted in connection with the robbery and homicide of Robert Musial, 55, of San Francisco. In a preliminary autopsy report, the San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office revealed that Musial had sustained blunt force injuries and ruled his death a homicide.
Investigators believe there were other people at the scene in Sharon Meadows and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
